Your data (which are not qualified as sensible or as judicial according to art.4, comma 1 of D.Lgs n.196/2003) are / will be treated in relation with the contractual needs and for the execution of the related legal, fiscal and administrative duties, and to allow a good management of financial and sales relationships.
This treatment will be through the duration of the contract and beyond. Data treatment is / will be made through the application of instruments and procedures able to guarantee safety and right of privacy.
It could be made both on paper and electronically. As far as the data to be known compulsory, in order to meet obligations raised from the law in force (e.g. laws, directives, regulations) or from dispositions given by the legitimated authority, the non-respect will lead to the impossibility to start or continue the relationship, within the limits where these data are necessary to the execution itself.
